First of shot out to all the wonderful employees and manager Phil at this location for the wonderful customer service and tasty food. From the moment you walk in the ambiance is clean, smells Burgerlicous. If your ever by the Boynton beach district area I encourage you to stop on by for a delicious burger or New York style hotdogs I had the burgerFi burger with aged Parmesan garlic cheesy fries . Sinfully good indulgence you won’t regret.

I just had lunch and the burgers were great as usual, but the sweet and magical Myrna made this an exceptional meal. Its the same logic as when a guy is nice he gets cuter, well when you have a friendly and helpful server around your table, the tasty food just gets tastier! I've had the CEO, the breakfast burger and the regular cheeseburger and they are all very tasty. The fries are great too, either Cajun or truffle style (those are the only ones I've tried). Oh and the milkshakes!!! My friend is lactose-intolerant and even she is like, whatever I will suffer in the bathroom later. They are that good. They even have beer now!! Anyone who doesn't like this place is either a vegan or a square. But they actually do have meatless options too (I haven't tried them) so actually if you don't like this place you are just a square!

Always love their burgers! Been about 2 years, I haven't gone to one. So, it was nice to see some changes. I had ordered bacon and the burgers came without them. The manager was very caring to make sure he got the bacon and even came out to check and make sure all was well. I appreciate that 🙏🏼 💯. Of course, I will come back. One thing, please bring back angry orchard or something similar please and thank you 😊 🙏🏼

Too bad I have to give one star to leave a review; it’s not deserved. Second time eating here - first time my order wasn’t complete and it was cold. I wrote online and didn’t receive a response. Decided to order again today, a Tuesday, onion rings were thin, not breaded, and chewy, so gross. The fries were inconsistent, some burnt, all all of them are cold and I arrived 4 minutes before my pick up time and my order was ready. The best thing about this place is the cute box for the burger, but they aren’t marked. You have to figure out what is what. Never again! Shame on me!

This is going to be a corporate level issue for this store. You can't turn customers away who walk in at 9:40PM with the excuse of "then I won't be done at 10". Your posted hours are until 10PM, not 9:30. When I worked customer service as a college student making $8.50 an hour just a handful of years ago, I had to take care of everyone within posted hours. This management is an absolute joke. I get that post-COVID no one wants to work, but this trend of abysmal customer service is a travesty. I'm literally coming out of work at 9:30PM after a full day rushing over for dinner. How did you make money a year ago when everything was closed? You know who has never turned me away when I rushed over from work? Shack Shack and Habit Burger. I'll consider those options going forward ahead of BurgerFi.

Great spot & truly a superior chain burger restaurant, I just wish they would encourage their employees to smoke cigarettes far away from the dining tables and entrances. Twice I have come here and been blasted by an employee smoking a cigarette just around the corner as I rounded the entrance, and twice I have told myself I wouldn’t be back if it happened again. The ball is in your court Burger Fi corporate, let’s clean up that entrance way air so kids & old folk can breathe in BurgerPeace.
