Smashburger

Won’t give it one star because the food was still edible. Good job getting the “crust” on one side of each patty and then building the burger so the crust was face out on both sides, trying to cut cooking time by faking a full cook on each side. You can’t put classic and this place in even the same realm. Good try, terrible execution. I could go on an on but I’ll pass.

You know I like this place they serve good food at a premium price. But with that premium it obviously isn't an incentive for the franchise owner. If you look at my picture you can clearly see the toppings to a burger and how it is to be made. When I got back to my area of business it's not exactly a choice to go back to the establishment for to order served burgers. So the management had no solution care for this so clearly I probably won't either. Won't rate it a 1 cause the food is a good but the service is going down.

Food is great, service is iffy. Had three chances on three different days. Every time the order is either missing food or basic instructions were skipped, for instance only 3 out of 4 burgers were in the bag or no onions on a burger and they still put them on all of them. Also, handed us the ice cream first on a to go order, by the time we got the rest of the food and left it had already turned to liquid. Will always have to double check from now on.

Burger was good, fries were cold, lots of workers present, food took awhile to come out, only a few people actually dining, like one family of four, and ourselves. People were friendly, and the menu automatically assumes you'll order double patties, so if you only want one you'll have to specify. Not sure why the fries were cold..
