Chick-fil-a

My experience at this Chick-fil-A was wonderful. On this particular day, I went out to walk the dog with my keys and absentmindedly left my purse on the counter. I didn’t realize this until I was in the drive-through line at the Chick-fil-A having already ordered! With no credit card on hand, I started digging through the car dash for change and trying to create an electronic pay account on the spot. This didn’t work cause I still need it my card! Momo, a young male employee who was also taking outside orders, (who couldn’t have been more than my son‘s age - my son is 25) calmly inserted his own card. I picked up my phone to send him money thru a mobile app and he refused to give me his information. What kindness and generosity. Thanks so much Chick-fil-A for hiring excellent wonderfully generous gentlemen like Momo. And thanks to Momo for being such a blessing to me today! Thanks Momo’s mom dad for raising such a wonderful young man whose great karma is going to take him above and beyond!

Don't bother ordering large fries here...the amount in the large is the same or maybe less than they put in the regular size fries. Also when the line is backed up and you've already ordered your food, at times (including in the rain) they will have someone walk your food from the pickup window back to your car. Too much is going on in between that time...such as the person carrying the food breathing all on it or going to the wrong car and that person looking in your food bag. There's really no point because if you bring the food bag to someone in the back they still have to wait for all the cars in front of them to get their food 1st. The resolution would be to build a 2nd pickup window. That's the only way to help the line move faster. To lanes to order and merge into one lane to pickup the food...smh. People should start disputing the charge every time they order large fries and get a half filled box
