We were seated at a table with menu. It was about 10 minutes before are server came to take are order we placed are drink first then are food. Then we sat another 10 minutes then are food came out first and had to ask about are drinks. Are waitress goes oh sorry I forgot. Said she would get them right away. We waited about another 10 to 15 minutes for them a simple cup of coffee and sweet tea. My wife's food was fine but small serving as mine. My steak was over cooked I asked for med rare and I was given med well. My wife and I were already have way done eating are meal by the time we got are drinks. This is the worst out I have ever had here. And I have been comeing here for years. I hope it will be better my next visit but it will be some time till then.

Something has changed with this particular location. Please be careful when ordering carry out because lately they have been doing a poor job ensuring that all items are in the bag. Also, they have become very stingy with the portions. I received a half of a scoop of mashed potatoes and two tablespoons of green beans and my rolls were missing.This happened two consecutive times and when I called to complain I was told this was due to Covid. Really?? In 2022? The manager took my name and said when I come in the next time I would get a free meal. I went in two weeks later they had no record of my name or me getting a free meal, so I paid and got home had no bread. When I called to speak to the manager, she came to the phone and I told her the issue and she put me on hold for twenty minutes. I hung up and called back and was put on hold another 15 and she never came back to the phone. I only patronize this place because my 86 year old father likes their food. Something has definitely changed with in the past few months. Before these incidents happened, I would have given them 4 stars.

I haven't been here since the pandemic so we thought it would be good to get out. Not a lot of people present and everything was good until our waitress showed up. My only description of the waitress is "Hot Mess!" She looked like she just woke up, possibly on something other than over the counter medicine 🤔, and had no mask on. My wife had hair in her coffee and had to send it back. My tea wasn't hot enough to melt my sugar. Everyone else had on a mask but the one that served us. I will return again but hope my experience is betyer than this one.
