Culver’s

We are from Wisconsin so this is a significant part of our history, and we’re very happy to see them come to Utah. The food is standard Culver’s fare and the custard is fantastic-dang-tastic. The service could use some work. The counter experience tonight was neither friendly or engaging. Our family has had several poor service experiences here so that is something they can work on. They have mead order mistakes and when it was brought up, the sooner “well, is that ok anyway?” And they didn’t fix it. Tonight they didn’t know how to make a turtle concrete mixer. A standard Wisconsin order that I think they would know how to do. Another Utah location changed that to a Sunday instead of a mixer so I think that there is a lack of local knowledge on the matter

Culver’s burgers have consistently delivered not just in taste but also in ensuring my meals are gluten free and almost always safe from contamination. Every time I visit, I make it a point to inform the shift lead about my condition, and they are always proactive, walking the employees through the allergy procedures. I genuinely appreciate their commitment to customer safety. The staff is attentive, and the food is delicious. It’s refreshing to find a place where I can enjoy a meal without the constant worry. Highly recommend to all, especially those with dietary restrictions!

Cheese curds alone get 5 stars. I like Culver’s every now and then. It is pretty steep price wise for the amount of food you get, but you can tell it is fresh and quality. I guess those things cost us a bit more. Only real complaint is that Culver’s has evening crews that are teenagers and then tend to stand around when people need service. I do like Culver’s and LOVE the cheese curds.

First time visit- I went through the drive through today at 1. I got my daughter a smoothie who had just gotten her tonsils out and requested that they thin it up as much as possible. I also got a butterburger and cheese curds. The burger was absolutely delicious. Everything was warm and the service was really friendly/accommodating. My daughter and I are both happy after a long morning at the hospital! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! The owner purchased flowers at the greenhouses where I work and told me I should try their restaurant. I have never been to Culver's and she recommended this location. I ordered a hamburger, pretzel bites and soda. The hamburger looked like the hamburgers restaurants used to serve in the 1970's. But it was much better. All of the ingredients were quality and very fresh. You would think the lettuce, tomato and onions had just been pulled out of a vegetable garden in the back. This meal was so good that I decided to try the ice cream. Specifically, a caramel pecan sundae. Tasted velvety smooth. Obviously quality ice cream. I would recommend this place to anyone. I'll definitely be back.
