Note: I felt like I was at the bottom of a caste system. Like I was waste on the ground left to fertilize the earth. I was not greeted, I was ignored. When I walked in he (the employee) turned his back towards me. I confidently said hi and waited for a response. I didn’t receive one. So I tried to use the restroom. I informed him of where I was going, he said “it’s under construction, read the sign”. It was such a disrespectful tone and I felt unwelcome especially after he spoke to his previous customer so friendly and warm. He spoke, like I was uneducated and unable to read. I left unable to eat It really hurt my feelings. I’ll have to tell me friends and family not to support that business location so they don’t feel the same way or treated like that. Especially US Veterans like me.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Manager has so much attitude, they don’t know how to do anything. I asked if I could use Apple Pay but they don’t know how to use it so they said no. When getting a Sunday he charged me extra on everything instead of replacing things I didn’t. I’ve gone here for years and never have I been treated with this type of disrespect. This man has an attitude problem and the worker has no idea what to do. She says one thing and her “manager” says nothing until you’re checking out and assumes I’m paying extra for things that aren’t supposed to be. The girl told me a waffle cup was an additional $2 and I said that was fine but then he charges me different. This place is a mess.
