These people like to choose who and who doesn't have to wear a mask.. I don't mind wearing a mask but if you're gonna ask me to put one on then ask the other customers to put theirs on too! I took my business to scarf's... Way better customer service and food quality!

When I open the door to the restaurant I realized that the line came all the way to the door. Boulder is quite busy at lunch time so there was no reason to go anywhere else. The sandwich makers work quickly and I had my sandwich in a matter of minutes! It was very impressive how hard they worked. My sandwich was delicious and I would recommend this Subway.

If I could give negitive stars i would. I placed an order on the app for two subs. It told me it would be ready in 15 mins. Show up to the store 20 mins later. Two people are working. They have one customer in the store that wants a meatball sub. They tell her they are all out of meatball so there will be a wait. The other guy is just standing at the register. Just looking at us. I tell them i ordered on the app. I am told the same thing. Guy at the register is still just standing there. Another customer comes in and they are still not getting meatballs, they help him....BOTH of them. Guy apprently cant leave the register as he is not making sandwiches. 10 mins after i arrive so 30 mins after i order on the app the guy finally decides to walk in the back. He spends another 10 mins back there before finally coming out with a container of meatballs. He puts them in the micorwave. I ask how much longer for my sandwich. 6 mins i was told. 10 mins later there is a line. Guy still just standing at the register. No one is attempting to make my sandwich. They help 5 more people. I have been standing in the store for 45 mins at this point, on my lunch break from work. I asked if they were going to make my sandwich. Girl snaps at me that she is sorry they were out of meatballs during lunch rush. I said i do understand that, however i was not prioritized with the people who walked in 2 mins ago. You took the entire line and have yet to make my sandwitch from an hour ago. She grabs meatball container and sticks the spoon in only to look at me and tell me that the meatballs are still frozen so it will be another wait. No one offered even a cup of water in the hour i was standing in subway. I demanded a refund and left hungry and out of time for lunch. This place is terrible. I would not waste my time even ordering in advance here. Staff would rather stand at the register than make the food for customers. Took a card that was beside register for Director of Operationsw Erica Pobuda with her number on it. Called the number and it directs you straight to her VM that is full so you can not leave a message at all. WORST customer service i have ever had!

Poor girl was alone with a line and door dash orders. She definitely needed some help. A Saturday at 130pm definitely need more staff.

I work right next to this location but I will drive to the Subway over on Broadway instead of going to this store.
The women that work here always seem to have a problem listening to the order or seem confused.
They always feel the need to speak in Spanish to each other in front of customers. And after working at a subway or even just going to other locations, usually when making a sandwich with chicken you microwave it first so that it's not cold.
I asked for the sliced chicken pieces for my sandwich and than said yes I'd like it all toasted
(even if I didn't want it toasted)..she didn't warm up the chicken first so than I would of had cold chicken on my sandwich. Than acted like I was retarded when I asked if she was going to microwave my chicken first..

Every time I’ve gone in I’ve either been hit on or the workers are outrageously high! And I have never seen the floors clean! The soda station is always sticky and so are the tables... I tend to go in during the lunch rush so I’m going to say that some of the mess might just be from the rush but there is no excuse for the workers to give me their number right in front of my husband! How rude!? Yuck yuck yuck!!!

Opened on time even in bad weather. Pleasant sandwich artist and helpful employees, handled open rush in a well mannered and timely way. Good quality sandwiches, clean tables and comfortable atmosphere.
