Typical Subway shop, just after we came in it got busy, but the whole time the worker was very pleasant. He seemed to have known many of the people and their orders.

We waited in line and after 5 minutes we heard a online order come in. We proceeded to wait for the employee to help and he then came over and told us we have to wait because the online order came in before we did even though we heard it come in after we’d been waiting. Horrible customer service and understaffed.

this subway is extremely dirty, the cutting boards had stuff all over them, there were bits of sandwich ingredient in the wrong containers, and none of the ingredients looked fresh at all, ended up just leaving without a sandwich because i was so grossed out, stop trying to save money and please keep your restaurant clean.

I been here for couple month already and I just love this subway they r super friendly .. And wanna say the cu umcs subway really sucks...
