The lady who is always here is ALWAYS overwhelmed and it makes her rude. Get her some competent help and maybe she won't be such a mean lady.... maybe...

extremely unfriendly staff. Was clearly unwilling to provide even par service. Ben made it VERY apparent he did NOT want to be there, or to even take our order. Maybe he needs a vacation.
Definitely won’t be visiting this Starbucks again, should know better than to stray away from the stand alone Starbucks.

Sadly this Starbucks location can’t be recommended unless you’re ordering a very standard sweet drink off the menu. My fiancé and I essentially wasted $10 here on our normal orders we get with 0 issues at every other starbucks location. Moral of the story? Don’t trust a starbucks inside of another store with no drive thru. They don’t get the morning regulars like the drive thru locations do and so they aren’t readily prepared to make anything more than a vanilla bean frappe.

Stopped for coffee on our way to work this morning and got the worst customer service ever. Barista Ben was the rudest person I have ever incountered at a Starbucks and I will not be going back to this location ever again. If someone is that unhappy with their job they should not be there.

This Starbucks is one of the worst I have been to. My visit today took over 20 minutes with only one person in line in front of me. The staff was alright, but not as friendly as I expect. Furthermore, the cleanliness was an issue for me. I will not be back.

It's Starbucks, it's a kiosk cafe, nothing surprising here. Under Covid conditions Safeway can usually spare one person to run the cafe, so expect a wait in most circumstances, especially under busy conditions. Food and coffee no better or worse than other SB locations.

We are regulars to this store. We really wish they would watch the freshness of there products, stale blueberries many times. Dry bread from time to time. Overall they try hard.

Overpriced and over roasted coffee.... this is the McDonalds of coffee shops. Although there are lot of people who want to stand in line for crappy cup of coffee. If you like to Sport name brands this coffee shop is for you..... for all the fakers you don't know what real coffee is, good luck! There are way too many better coffee shops than Starbucks.. and a lot more reasonably priced too.
