Santo

The best part of Santo was our server. He was an absolute gem, so thoughtful and attentive. I had sweet potato enchiladas. Glad I ordered chili on the side, because it was spicy! The portion was on the smaller side, but it was hearty enough with the added beans and rice. We also got a carrot cake and WOW it was good. Great atmosphere for a group or date night.

This was amazing!! My family and I went to New Mexico earlier this year and ate our hearts out and the food here brought us back. The vibe, the food and the huge selection of mezcal was perfect. Our server was also wonderful and had a great attitude and knowledge of the food and drink. I would definitely go back as there was much I'd like to try. Highly recommend!

We went there tonight with a reservation for ten, but a group of only nine--and unbeknownst to me, one of our group had an allergy that precluded him sitting inside. So, the host graciously sat him and another from our party outside, while the rest of us were indoors at our pre-ordained table. They even provided us an electrical outlet to charge some OneWheels while we ate. I had called ahead earlier in the day to make sure that they would be able to accommodate us and they definitely went above and beyond to do so. Food and service was great. Traditional New Mexican fare, with a gourmet twist. I had the carne adovada tacos, and sampled my friend's chicken enchiladas. Both were very enjoyable--flavorful and not the mouth full of fire I was expecting/dreading. Katy, our server, was attentive and offered to split our check nine ways. Wow. I'll definitely go back.

Fantastic food and cocktails menu, with service to match. Ribs and salad portions oversized. Largest tequila and mezcal bar in the state. Both well crafted classic tequila/mezcal cocktails and inspired craft cocktails. My personal favorite was the All Choked Up, pairing great mezcal with interesting flavors like Cynar and cardamon bitters.

We have lived in Colorado for 5 years - this is one of our top places to eat in all of Colorado. It is fantastic, every time. The pork adovada tacos are sublime - so is the service and atmosphere. Last night we tried the New Mexican meatballs and they were fantastic. Congrats Chef Hosea - this place is legendary!

This is a very pleasant neighborhood establishment, particularly if the evening is warm and there is available seating on the patio. The happy hour margaritas are a great value - 3 to 5pm. The full menu has many tempting items and there are changing daily special offerings to keep things interesting. It is located in the Ideal Market group of shops so parking is easy.
