Salt

We had a dinner of two and it the was a lovely experience. The cocktails were delicious. My steak was cooked clean, and perfectly seasoned. 100% grass fed and grass finished. My friend had the gnocchi and it was amazing, especially with the meat tomato sauce. The interior of the restaurant is intricately rusty yet modern. We love the historic Red brick walls

Frowny Face - Rarely not a 5 Star Wine, empty, no ask for another Tea, empty, no ask for refill Burger, medium, but very well done Extra cheese, only one slice, then asked and brought out a cold slice Asked for aioli, brought none Waitress walked by several times and even took the empty soup bowls and never commented on drinks However, the White Bean Soup was Very Good for the Second Star. Was looking forward to it, very unfortunate!

They only had seats available at the back bar near kitchen and we ended up loving that spot! We ordered 2 mussels for appetizer and I had flat bread for main course and my fiancé had Cacciucco (hard to read!) and they were all delicious , flavorful, and fulfilling. The service was decent with friendly staff. Great experience to have a chance to enjoy watching open concept kitchen with all live actions there. Chef Jeff was taking care of oven which did great work on flat bread. Thank you Alex for serving our table.

Salt has been one of my favorite spots in the Boulder area to date. The craft cocktails are excellent, delightful staff, and fabulous food that’s always fresh. I just moved to Colorado from NYC so finding a restaurant like Salt has been a blessing having been so spoiled in my previous surroundings when it comes to cuisine. The pricing is very reasonable given the quality and atmosphere is warm and inviting. Definitely my go to spot to take any friends/family that visit and I have yet to be disappointed.
