Panera Bread

It’s been awhile since I have had Panera, I remember it being quite good last time. This salad was just shy of $20 delivered. First thing was the presentation upon opening the bag, Greasy fingerprints all over the container and the avocado half smashed out. The bottom of the bowl looked like soup and this is where most of the rotten lettuce was. Had hoped to salvage it as I was quite hungry but couldn’t stomach it after I continued to find more and more. Chicken had quite a bit of fatty pieces to it. Will not be reordering again from here.

What I received vs. what I ordered. I placed a to-go order for the Mediterranean Bowl as-is, (no substitutions or changes), but half of the bowl is missing… Didn’t have tomatoes, lemon tahini or hummus, but they added chicken. I don’t eat meat, so this was a waste of time, money, gas, and consumable resources. Looks like other reviewers had similar issues. Either Panera has gone down hill, or this location is struggling. I won’t be back.

4.13.22: So ordered online for pick up. Got to work and one third of my salad was un eatable.. rotten lettuce. Thanks. 3.2022: I love Panera don't get me wrong, but every 3 times I go there, my order is not right. This has happened at the Bothell Panera ALL the time. I went today, got my bacon egg and cheese on Asiago bagel and I get a sausage instead of bacon. I hate sausage so someone else at work had a nice breakfast. Every 3 times I go, they mess up my order. Not sure at this point if it's on purpose.

I accidentally placed a breakfast catering order for the wrong date and time and they GENEROUSLY returned on the revised date/time without any additional charges. I was ready to pay another $280 for my mistake, but they showed me a lot of grace and understanding. Unbelievable!! Much appreciated!! We use them for all of our company meals. Kudos to this cafe!

Super slow, even for rapid pick up. Always have some problem (oven not working etc). Also gave me a wrong order on a different occasion. Update after owner’s response- thank you for being open to receiving feedback. I dont need coupons or anything, you can make it up just by getting my order on time and accurately. Thats all that customers are looking for. Raised rating to 3 stars for owner being open to feedback. Will change it to 5 star if they consistently deliver on quality and time.
