Good diner food. The waitress was very friendly and the food was good.
But the portions are a bit on the stingy side. My breakfast came with 1 egg, when breakfasts at most other diners would have come with 2 eggs. It is a little cheaper than other diners, at around $11, but factoring in their stingy portions, it is about the same value. Overall, it is good, but it could be better.

RIP Kozy Korner! Was the usual Sunday brunch spot for my wife and I. Then it burned down. Nothing can replace it.
