Boston Hotel

I'm here now, it's New Year's Eve. I totally understand it's a holiday but....I have been waiting for over 15 min for service. I got a drink but then she left and disappeared. The kicker is that my reservation was for 6pm. It's now 6:30pm and I haven't ordered but you have to be out of here by 7:30pm. Really? Your staff is not equipped to handle the customers and it's half of what you'd have on a regular basis. I just want to pay for my drink and leave. We stayed and said let's try the food. The soup and lobster tail was good but the prime rib was very fatty and less than room temp. We boxed up the meat and left the rest behind. Lesson learned, don't just go by reviews. After reading all these, I was excited to try the place. I drove 30 min to come here. Not happy. Maybe someday in the future we'll give it another try not anytime soon. Really disappointed.

The waitress was very rude and the prime rib was cold. She had an attitude from the minute we got there. Then, we paid the bill and she took it upon herself to keep the change and never asked if we needed change or not. She didn't say thank you and have a good night or anything! Her hospitality sucked and I would never go back again. Very disappointed.
