All I can say is I love the variety of drinks that they have.

Removed all tables, only a few counter top spots, so mostly a grab and go location. Wish they’d bring back a seating area. Friendly staff, convenient location right outside West Broadway Tstop. Service generally reliable but can be understandably slower during peak hours.

Siobhan & Megan are wonderful! They are quick, efficient and pleasant. Always wish me a good day. They do an amazing job!
I sometimes order on the app if I am in a hurry, or at the counter. Coffee and snacks are always on-point. This is my favorite Starbucks.

Only bought coffee here once but i stand inside while its raining when waiting for my bus at broadway and staff always seems really busy. They were very patient when i was trying to figure out what I was getting since I never go there and didn't know how to order. Nice especially for being joint with an mbta station. Kept clean despite.

The place was really clean all the baristas had their jobs going on and i waited maybe under a minute for my drink. Great service

Corey, the store Manager went ABOVE and BEYOND to make me feel special today! I told him that I miss how Starbucks baristas use to write customers names on the drinks, and before I knew it he slid behind the counter, removed the printed name label off of my drink, grabbed a permanent marker, and wrote my name followed by "Happy Holidays". He made my day. Thanks Corey!

Great place，there is bathroom at this starbucks which is better than a lot of the places. The drink is not that expensive too. I ordered a large Mango dragon fruit drink only for $5.40 total included tax. In other place，it cost at least 6 dollars for this large drink. So I am satisfy and it is not that far from home either.

Friendly staff. Pretty fast service.
Frappuccino (Red Velvet and Green Tea) is my favorite. And they make them good.
Store is clean and very busy in weekday morning.

Right at the entrance to the T Red Line, this Starbucks is convienently located. The service is friendly and in addition to the regular Starbucks drink selections, the food selection is larger than average.
Some of the tables have built in Powermats. Wow, I wish all restaurants had these!!!
