At the back Bay station store, I find the staff to be very courteous with a quick turnaround and most importantly correct orders.

There are two DD's at the Back Bay train station. The full service DD (near Tasty Burger) is average at best. The express DD (smaller one) is worth your time. Super quick. The ladies there are professionals. The crank through order after order. They would go faster but one in three customers can slow the whole process down (getting off the phone, looking for a credit card, making up their mind, etc.). The DD employees are polite and ready to help. They are especially impressive on cold days. It must be tough to wear that many layers and do all that coffee/snack work while shivering. Not an easy job.
