Barista's were very friendly. Food and drinks can be little expensive but overall experience was great.

It’s been CRAZY here with a huge conference and yes, this Starbucks has been slammed. But all the employees have had great attitudes, always get the job done and always do it well. Busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in and I’ve been impressed with their performance.

Mobile order if it is available... the lines get long during local events however they do move which is good...Mobile ordering will reduce wait time when they enable the option... unfortunately like most other Starbucks locations lately this one has very short day hours and closes early in the day.

Great little spot to grab a quick bite in between meetings! The staff was lovely, especially Elena (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!), who asked me about my preferences and created a customised drink for me. Went there every day during my stay.

Expensive starbucks location but very good baristas :) . They are super friendly here.

Folks at this location work quickly, which is extremely helpful since it is in a busy convention center and the lines can be long. Was able to get a delicious bite and coffee in the morning and a few more moments of shut-eye by stopping here instead of the early morning meeting breakfast from the convention center.

Staff was great when I was there. 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices were terribly inflated - think airport starbucks - and you can't order ahead with the app at this location.

All Starbucks are not the same.
The Starbucks in the Westin is OUTSTANDiNG! I have been working with many of the same people each year for the past 4 years, and this Starbucks is run so well.
The people that work here are friendly, helpful, efficient, & great baristas!
