This is a casual sit-down restaurant in Chinatown with tasty food. The server was really friendly and there were plenty of seats for dinner on a Wednesday. Highly recommend! We loved the fried pork chop, eggplant, and hearty noodles with pork and vegetable.

Food is very flavorful and delicious. Love their soup dumplings. Their soup dumpling are one of the ones with the most soup! Sadly, I didn't get any pics of it. It was too good to wait for my camera to take pics first.

Phenomenal food! The black truffle soup dumplings are worth the trip alone. The duck and lamb were excellent too. Staff was friendly and quick and everything was great. Would recommend for sure.

My mother is from Taiwan, and this is her favorite restaurant in Boston's Chinatown. The food is fresh and delicious, and according to my mother, tastes more authentic than the food she remembers from Taiwan. Our favorites are the oyster omelet and the "Soup with Pork Intestine and Blood Pudding" (as it's named on the menu in English), although we have yet to try everything on the menu, but these are the harder-to-find nostalgic dishes that my mother looks forward to having the most from their menu. The space is small and can be very busy at meal times, but we went at 2pm for a late lunch and it wasn't too crowded.

Hmm, I'm not sure if this counts as Taiwanese cuisine. As a Chinese dish, it's quite good. It indeed has the taste of Taiwanese food, just a little different from what I remember. The flavor leans more towards Chinese. After eating, there were no fortune cookies, which are common in American Chinese restaurants. Also, I don't know why the dumplings were red, which was quite unusual. The price is very good, and if I have the chance to come to Boston again, I would like to eat here again.

Great food. Let us in 15 minutes early for lunch. Would definitely eat there again 😋

This place is open until 1 am so it’s great for late night eats, especially with its proximity to the AMC you can head here right after a late movie!
The menu is pretty overwhelming to look at with the vast options available but we managed to pick out a hot pot dish, beef rolls and soup dumplings.
Everything had a nice flavor to it, my only issue was that there was a lot of dough in both the beef roll and the soup dumplings. The skins for both were really thick making it slightly difficult to get an even amount of flavor and bite for the rest of the meet that came with it. Overall, was pretty good though.

The crab and pork soup dumpling is amazing, highly recommend. The Taiwanese style pan fried pork dumplings were juicy and delicious as well. The Taiwanese style noodles dish was a bit of a let down, it was more or less bland. The front staff was very friendly which I always value!

Food was good. But not quite as we expected.
The menu is vast and a bit hard to understand... be careful ordering by number, as numbers are repeated several times. On our order, they gave us one wrong dish, even after giving the number and pointing on the menu.
The beef on spicy broth was tough.
The dry fried cauliflower was good, but better if it comes with a burner under it.

My husband and I went here twice in one week. We love eating at small authentic restaurants, especially from smaller countries like Taiwan, and my husband was really excited after seeing what they had to offer. They have a large menu with items you usually cannot find! We had soup dumplings with pork, fried dumplings, steamed buns pork, and szechuan fish. My husband has a beef noodle dish, and they let you choose the type of noddles you want.
Service is great. They immediately sit you if possible and give you a pot of hot tea. They also bring out the sauces that go with your meal before your food comes out. They are quick to get drinks as well. I am impressed with how they handled the influx of weekend customers, being full in a small space, and getting to go orders out quickly. They never rushed anyone and gave you plenty of time to look at the menu, and they are very patient with answering questions about the menu or specific food items.
Everything we ate was fantastic. The soup dumplings melt in your mouth and have a lovely savory broth inside. Fried dumplings were very juicy and flavorful. Steamed buns had a really nice flavor for the meat and bun. I usually don't get impressed by buns, but that one was very flavorful and dense. Szechuan fish is large enough to share with another person. They balanced heat with delicate flavors, and the fish is cooked just right. The fish is cooked by boiling in the broth. This is a wonderful small restaurant with affordable prices and high quality food!
This is a small local place, so I encourage people who may be use to mainstream restaurants to judge the place by it's food. My husband said it reminded him of his childhood eating with friends. We will always make time to stop in here when we are in Boston.
