They have a huge selection of tea and the staff are super friendly. I called to confirm they had the matcha set and they put one aside for me. Parking in this general area is difficult as it's in a busy part of town.

I have been to Davids Tea locations across Boston and Cambridge and I am always happy with their customer service. They know their tea, they are friendly, helpful and not pushy. Their tea collection is amazing but if you like one of their teas get more quickly because it might be gone forever (RIP Garden of the Earl).

Many varieties of tea to choose from, free samples, and had a memorial day sale. You can buy as many or as little of tea as you want unlike other tea shops that make you buy a minimum of 2oz

This place was filled with kind people and it opened my eyes to something better than Teavana. There is no location in north west Arkansas. Although I’m sure it would fit in well here with the amount of restaurants that serve loose leaf teas and the culture. But for now I order online where there are a lot of good deals and sale items.

Being an old Teavana employee, being here was so bittersweet. They have an impressive tea selection as well as staff that is more interested in you and your needs than your money. They give suggestions based on what you want not what they want you to want. Such a nice tea store, I will definitely be back.

DAVIDsTEA has got a great selection of rare and interesting flavored teas. The staff who served us was attentive and informative. Always enjoyed visiting the store.

This is one of my favorite tea shops. Every customer is taken care of to fulfill your needs. If you have never had tea don't worry an employee would be happy to talk you through what the options are and what tea would be best for you. I find myself always walking in talking to someone about the teas and different ways to drink them. It is a great community to get into.

I go here once a week at least for tea. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The tea is all loose leaf and they have many, many, many varieties. They always have 2 samples brewed for you to drink so you can try a new flavor. They let you smell the teas so you can get an idea of what the teas was taste like. My favorite cold teas are Queen of Tarts and Me to We and my favorite hot tea is Melon Cooler.

Favorite tea store (most similar to Teavana). Prices seem decent to me and the staff has always been nice and cheerful. If you need a tea recommendation, this is a great place to start!
