Harborside Grill

I just want to say, this restaurant has done above and beyond for me for my birthday. The ambience of overlooking the Boston harbor, the beautiful architecture and furniture set the mood for a nice sit-down dinner. The food was amazing and flavorful and surprisingly typical Boston pricing (except maybe some of the drinks). The service I must say, takes the cake. Kind and prompt service, and they like to entertain here and there. They overheard that it was my birthday dinner and surprised me with a small cake with lit candles! You can walk along the harbor for nice pictures. And the inexpensive 5$ parking for eating at Seaport. I had a memorable birthday here with my friends, thank you so much to this place for a very pleasant surprise.

The food at Harborside Grill and Patio is Amazing. Me and my date went there for the first time and we were amazed by the excellent staff and their superior customer service. The view of the harbor was amazing!!! This is the best restaurant in Boston if you want to enjoy the view of Boston from the harbor or enjoy the true taste of New England food. The food is cook to perfection and the customer service is excellent!

I already love Harborside grill, but Mrs. Roberta made me fall in love with the place all over again. Her hospitality was amazing and she was so helpful with the situation I was experiencing. The morning crew treated me like family and made sure I ate just like my mom and fiancée do which warmed my heart. This is really a special place filled with special people. Any time I come to boston stopping here is a must and is nonnegotiable.

We had a lovely experience here for Mother’s Day. The service was excellent with waiters and bus sera always attentive ensuring a clean space and timely service. The food menu speaks for itself. Each dish was crafted beautifully with complimentary spices that tasted wonderful. Will definitely be coming back here. Shout out to Vinny, absolutely great waiter and even better person. He made our experience a blast!

We had already ate elsewhere but decided to try desserts,,,,OH MY!!! The chocolate cake when delivered to our table was like it just came out of the oven and my lovely bride had a cream brulee t by at was also very go look d. Sarah was attentive to our needs even though the restaurant was very busy. If you're eating a full meal,, enjoy the desserts first!!!

During a recent stay in Boston I had two great meals at the Harborside Grill in the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor hotel. I had an excellent burger and fries for dinner. It was especially great, because I was expecting mediocre hotel food, but this burger was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The next morning, I ordered a vegetarian omelette with breakfast potatoes and it also was cooked perfectly. I found the hotel room to be a little bit worn out, but the restaurant was excellent!
