Cracker Barrel

I visited the shop and had an excellent experience! The merchandise is fabulous, I bought my fourth poncho, and some Christmas decorations. The staff are very friendly. One team member went out of her way to look for a handbag for me and signed me up for the rewards program. I can't wait to come back to shop again! Next time I will have lunch!

I like going to cracker barrel. The only complaint is when you a party of 10 or more. I know they tried to accommodate you but the last 3 of us were cramped in one table that is meant for 2 and some of us were sitting between 2 tables. Unless you order a small meal, you don't have room for plates and drinks. Also, the food was great, but we didn't get serve evenly. Giving the benefit of the doubt, you could say well, it's a lot of people, but others with 3 - 5 people were getting their food quicker and they came later than we did and got serve before halve of our party was served and the other have didn't. Some of those people that came later finished their meal before the other halve of our family got their food. We all ordered together so I don't see the problem. The waitresses were great and were taking care of us, so I don't blame them but someone is not managing correctly. Other than that, I will continue to go there but not again with a bigger crowd. If there is a problem with sitting, put a restriction of how many can sit together comfortably and manageable enough to serve everyone together not 25 minutes later. It's bad that you have to stare at your family eating and you don't get anything until they are almost finished.

Food was tasty. Nice host and waitress. Only downfall was we had a dog near our table. It wasn't a service dog. A lot of places are becoming more and more pet friendly. But does any one ever consider people that are allergic to animals. Or maybe have a fear of them. Everyone doesn't want pets around their food. Outdoor seating maybe but not at the table.

Was with a large group on Friday evening. Our waiters and waitresses did a great job of providing good service to everyone. I am only speak specifically for my family member and self but our food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. However, I did over hear several others say they were very satisfied with every aspect of their dining experience. Have eaten here several times before with just family. Great staff! Lots of food variety on menu! 👍

We brought the Sprinter up to the North Carolina mountains and spent the night in their parking lot. Arriving not too late in the evening but not hungry, we took a look through the store and bought a few lemon sugar sticks after visiting the clean restrooms. The parking lot isn't completely level - it took two risers where we were parked but not bad. Sorry, no meal this time Cracker Barrel. I owe you one!

We came here to meet up with our dear friend for breakfast. Valerie was our excellent server! Such a great personality! Excellent food and don’t get me started on the store. Christina and the other young lady were super kind!! Excellent customer service. Best place to come for unique gifts and stocking stuffers which I got quite a few. Everything shown at end was $100. Afterwards sit outside on the rocking chairs and continue the experience visiting with family and or friends.
