The restroom was nasty，the employee push down the french fries box with some loose fries and she just pick it up from the table and served to us，we ordered a family feast，and the employee didn't ask us whick drink we want and give us the Pepsi max，and we asked some ice for the drink and she told me they didn't had ice，what kind of fast food restaurant does not have ice？The floor was slippery and greasy, the fried chicken, however, it was too oily and taste like the oil which fried the chicken was went bad already, as an international enterprise, it is important to keep the restaurant and the food quality as the same level, the experience I had here was terrible,won’t come back.

The worst KFC I came upon. They have the worst service, the manager on duty had a poor experience customer handling. My kids slushy tasted like cockroach droppings has been in there, I asked if I can changed it to cans instead the customer service lady gave me the rudest look and replied she drinks it all the time and nothing is wrong with that and I had to pay extra for the cans. P.S I did pay extra for the cans considering it's not my fault and for the slushy taste, I've tasted other KFC slushy and it does not taste like that at all. Also included with this incident I was not also happy with my food that I ordered. I ordered a salad shaker with popcorn chicken which I order regularly through other KFC. Firstly they gave me just a salad shaker with no popcorn chicken and the salad looked like left over salads mooshed up. I went back to ask for the popcorn chicken she asked me to pay extra for the popcorn chicken, I paid for it, she came back with some leftover chicken strips instead of pop chicken. I was discussed with the service I left the food I ordered on the table and left. I've never had any bad experience before with KFC but this place needs to be urgently inspected by the health and safety inspectors and needs to change manager on duty with experience that can handle with situations that is happening in the store. If I can give a minus star review I would.

Worst KFC I've ever been to, nearly all the tables were messy and disgusting, even though it wasn't even busy, the food was over cooked and the chicken was as dry as cardboard. Customer service was almost non existing, even though I was served by the duty manager. Too be honest, it turned me off KFC all together. I've been here a few times, and it's always been the same, which is why I decided to actually give a bad review this time... Lift up your game guys... Very disappointing... 😖

It is just crazy that's pretty often the staff closes 20 up to 30 mins before they are supposed to, refusing many orders, and being rudes with customers who desires to eat at this place. They are closing at 10pm, not 9.30pm, I never saw this kind of behaviour before. Plus the food is pretty bad, and we can not call this customer service. It is the worst KFC I never have never been. I thought that the new one close to the Westfield, will be better, but I am even more disappointed. The girls were laughing and hidding to avoid customers, they were rude, one of then clearly did not want to work there. I do not know who hiring in this both KFC, but they should change something because it is getting worst, and I do not want to come back there.

Terrible customer service. Employees never seem to give customers their receipt. No accuracy in the orders they take. They have missing products in orders frequently sometimes the missing products can be worth $20 or more. They should look at KFC stores outside Australia and learn some quality and service.

What is this kfc doing in bondi....n this is the worst KFC franchise ever. The main doors were locked, but there was only side door open. It seemed dodgy. The restaurant was filthy, no tissues, kids taking orders. Stuffed up the first wrap. KFC if i was you u would take the frachise back from them coz they can ruin your reputation. KFC is know for their crispy chicken n awesome looking wraps. But last night changed all the good things, we got really bad looking wraps, oil soaked fried chicken. The manager(chinese gentleman), who was not even acting half the gentleman had the audacity to tell us to finish our meal before 10 pm. N also threatened us that he can kick us out if he can. Eventually we had to leave the place with our meals left on the table. Nandos is way better than you KFC service and taste, with franchisees like these your service can only get worse. Give them a surprise visit and see the service for your self. I'm never going back to KFC.....
