Burger King

I order a crispy chicken garden salad and then find out that they didn't put any chicken on it. They also charged an extra 50 cents for extra ranch and instead of another pouch I get 2 little dip cups. Not to mention the lettuce isn't exactly what you would call fresh (it was obviously partially frozen at some point) or the missing croutons. I called them right away to discuss the matter of paying for and receiving barely edible food. I was told I would have to go back to the restaurant to get any resolution. I asked the person I was talking to if they were the manager (so that if not I could ask to speak to the manager) and was told "yes, I'm the shift lead". After regretfully having to inform this person that is not a manager I was abruptly hung up on. I understand that mistakes happen, but to not take responsibility and make things right, without requiring an incredible inconvenience to the customer, as well as in such a rude manner is simply inexcusable.

When you go into a restaurant you expect the same usual stuff. Well welcome to my biggest surprise ever. A gentlemen employed by this burger king greeted me.in the parking lot. Amazing. Through the door so went omg at the amazing greeting. Well now I'm saying to.my self ok the food is going to be bad. Wrong these were in fact the very best sausage biscuits is had. Then the clean resturant. The amazing thing that bothers me is where are all the quest. Look at the time. Its late in. The morning for the people here in Boise Idaho its early for me. So to this entire team your the very best burger king. Your the one of say is fully commercial ready congratulations

@ Nampa, Idaho, Burger King. I had some coupons for customer savings. So decided to drop in, since I was close by. Price paid was okay...but I wouldn't feed my dog what I received. The burgers were dry, overcooked, cold, postage stamp sized & tasteless. (They probably sat under heat lamps for who knows how long?) The fries were acceptable. Thank goodness for the packets of salt, pepper, ketchup, & ranch dressing to make the bacon cheeseburgers almost semi-palatable. I left the rest of the complete sheet of discount coupons by the door for someone else to use. Doubt if I'll try 'Burger Thing' again anytime soon. Disgusting!

... so I've never heard of not being able to order more food at a drive thru?.. I am in line in said drive thru now .... Noone inside the restaurant or in line behind me.. I have a big family, so I order alot. 4 original chicken sandwiches.. and 4 big kings. Off the 2 for 5.. We decide we want to add another meal to the order, a whopper with cheese large.. etc... anyways.. The guy was nice but as soon as I start to ask to add to my order he cuts me off and tells me no. He cannot do that, there are cameras watching him and he's not allowed. I just said ok.. I have never heard of this.. mind you i haven't worked at burger King since I was 16 years old, or any fast food since 19 years old. And I am 37 now... is this how it works now??.. I don't understand this.. can anyone help.. why wouldn't a restaurant want more money?..
