Dunkin'

I only come here for the kids, they love the munchkins 🍩 Never had a problem with my order! I love the location however the biggest gripe I have is the drive thru design. The lines are very long and not only that they can cause frustration since customers are entering the line from two sides. So you feel like you’re getting cut in the line. Service is sometimes really fast, and other times it’s really slow.

The Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life! I can get in the line at 7:05 and won’t get out until 7:20/7:30 like why does it take you guys so long, and then on top of that I order the simplest things and they mess it up, how do you get hot tea confused with hot coffee, this happened to me three times. I try to give them chances but they really need some improvement.

This used to be a well run Dunkin but obviously new management has taken over and the service is slow and disorganized. There is another Dunkin which is further west in Yamato near the Ale House. I suggest you go there. I was just there this morning and they were slow to open so there was a line of cars in the drive through. Then when I got to the window, they could not complete my order because their Latte machine was broken. Their resolution was to come back the next day. I placed my order online so I had already paid. I will be contacting Dunkin corporate.

I don’t like to give anyone low ratings because I know how it affects the business and Dunkin is my favorite but today this location really frustrated me. I ALWAYS order my coffee thru the app to avoid the long lines and I just walk into the store and pick it up. Specifically at this location since iTs close to my job. So today as being the usual online app order, I park and walk up to go inside to be told the lobby is closed and you have to wait in line. I told the guy I just need to pick up my coffee I ordered from the app. Even told him my name so he can give it to me or allow me for literally no more than 5 secs to pick it up. But no. It’s been 30 mins and still waiting in this line for my hot coffee that is hopefully not cold -_-

Do not go here and waste your $5 on a coffee. Again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! The lady in the eating area inside does not speak much English so she takes a while to take your order and the person making the coffee didn't use the beans from dunkin or maybe I just got old recycled coffee. I ordered a hot latte with oat milk and usually every dunkin makes a fresh well balanced tasting coffee. Let me just say this. This dunkin is not using their beans or their just not doing something right because what I drank today was just plain nasty. I actually want a refund now thinking about it. The dining area needs a deep cleaning. You can actually see how dirty it is.
