The Sunday brunch is phenomenal! The food is always prepared to perfection and the wait staff is exceptional! Huge kudos to Jimmy, Rob, the chefs, and the the rest of the staff. The valets always have a smile on their faces and are very kind. Sylvia, Marius, and a new strawberry blonde with manager Eric were so very gracious and outgoing. They truly enhanced our Easter brunch.

I grew up visiting my grandparents and their friends in Boca Woods... the place has changed so much and not just because of COVID. The grill room is open for pick up and they do some outdoor seating meals, but they are redoing the entire club house and gym and pro shop area. The community is, as always, beautiful and very well kept. We love going and walking around the 3 mile main circle for exercise and fun.

Gorgeous homes, but what’s up with “the minute with the manager”!? there’s some ego inflation going on & although we liked the home we saw, we decided to go elsewhere as it seems a bit too involved and in your face from the managements side. I imagine there’s people who want that, so that said, the common areas are manicured to a T, homes are absolutely gorgeous, and the community feels safe, I imagine it being a good place for people who actually want and like to play tennis and golf, but since it doesn’t provide amenities access for tenants, we decided it wasn’t worth moving there. If you plan on moving for multiple years then the $2800 amenities fee can be justified, but for in-between-homes to rent whole property shopping it’s a no, and as an investment property it’s also a no as the membership fees would be lost at resale, so you’re best to move there for long term stay as multiple years, buying to stay for good, or buying to be a landlord. Do check them out on YouTube first, and decide on the minute with the manager yourself. He’s quite a comedian 😂

Two golf courses, a great fitness room, decent pool. The club has great food and the grill cafe as well. Tennis courts open 24hrs with lights. There is a speeding radar so everyone obeys the speed limit making it safe for walking the dog, running, or riding bikes. The security at entrance are very professional and armed, they patrol the community as well. The landscapes are taken care of, the roads are smooth and valet is always available when the club is open. The locker rooms and showers are fully stocked. It's close to turnpike, and has plenty of shopping centers around it making it a great location. They are planning some serious renovations to the club and adding a spa, which will make it even better. Highly recommend living here.
