Apparently they take a mule to Columbia for every single cup of coffee. Avoid this location. 45 minutes for coffee? Coffee?

If i could give this place 0 starts i would. This starbucks has the WORSE customer service.... I always order through the app and im always waiting 40mins or more for my order. ALWAYS unorganized! Save your money and time

Beware of ordering any kind of food here. They threw my banana bread and lemon loaf in a bag while still in its wrapper and halfway through Eating it I saw it was expired a month ago. Absolutely disgusting.

I prefer this Starbucks location over most of the other ones in Boca even the closer ones. It's because they always have a good selection of bagged coffees even the more rare varieties. Also they keep the grinds so they'll give them to you if you ask. The grinds make excellent compost .

I love Starbucks. I love cleanliness. Unfortunately the day I visited the tables were almost all empty but almost all were noticeably needing a cleaning.
The staff member who came out to clean up, dragged the mop behind her and that swath got cleaned nothing else. Had she moved a chair to mop under the tables she would have seen a bag of coffee lying on the floor (See pic).
