Awesome healthy food, good size portions and very tasteful. The almond chicken is always good, the bbq chicken was also very good on this day. The 6Bowl will keep you full for a while (sometimes too full) but you can’t go wrong with the 4Bowl. The plaza is also very nice with plenty of other food spots in case people in your party have different cravings.

Fresh Kitchen is legit the BEST! Solid price and the food is always great!!! highly recommend trying the cookies or zucchini brownies. the noodles and almond chicken are as good this type of food can get. they have a great outside seating area too. they knocked everything out of the park with this store. staff is almost always incredibly nice and friendly. the new quirky shirts make going there a bit more fun as they seem to have a new clever shirt/slogan every week. the line moves very quickly and both the inside dining and outside are very nice and clean.

I’ve eaten here before but I’m a delivery service driver and I’m big part of my job is to get in and get out quickly. Well other employees just looked at all of the delivery drivers and kind of ignored us. Noah I took charge and was very helpful and very pleasant. Really made my experience better. He’s amazing. Just wanted to pause and give him the acknowledgment he deserves. Great employees are hard to find. He is a keeper. Thank you Noah.

Today was my first time ordering from this place in east Boca and I was not happy. I ordered to go for my mom - 4 items bowl (salad, potatoes, c.avocado rice and salmon) and when I opened it I found just three items. I called and spoke with one girl and she said they were out of cauliflower avocado rice (it was a 3:45pm order) and that they gave me double salad - I think were 12-15 spinach leaves in the bowl which seams a ridiculously small size for two portions. Salmon was a nice piece but everything else were very small portions for a 13$ price/bowl. I asked her why they didn't call me to ask what I want instead of the missing side since they had my phone number and she just said thank you and good-bye. Anyway, I gave two stars because the taste of the food was very good.

Okay, admittedly, I didn’t have the greatest first impression of this place because I didn’t understand all the different options and which ones went well together. After I nailed down my order, it became my UberEats go-to for healthy picks! Mine is the mash, spice rice, broccoli, steak, pesto tomatoes, pico, guac, and the vinaigrette. With the steak or salmon or extra toppings, things can become expensive ($20/bowl). The protein portions aren’t huge either, unfortunately. I really wish it was more affordable, and it can be if you skip out on the extras (make them at home). Their MOO bottled coffees are okay, I would probably just buy one at a coffee shop if I had the time.

I love Fresh Kitchen. I eat it at least twice a week but the portions keep getting smaller and smaller as their prices continue to increase. And when you ask for a little more, an attitude is provided by the server. Not great which makes me reconsider continuing to frequent this establishment. I get the salmon every time which is $2.50 extra which I don’t mind paying if the portions weren’t getting so skimpy. FYI. Many other people agree.
