We always love the wings and fries. This particular visit, get was literally only one staff member on hand. But she remained courteous and upbeat, and handled orders like a champ!

The employees were friendly and efficient. We asked for our wings to be cooked crispy and they were not. Some of them were soft with no crisp at all. The flavors were good. The french fries were hot and delicious. One piece of a drummette was included as a full wing and that's a shame.

Love this place, fries are amazing, wings are as well. Employees have always treated me nicely, especially Drew, always awesome, enthusiastic even, not to say the other employees aren't. Just with Drew he adds a little extra pleasant experience more-so than normal.

This was our third visit to the Bluffton location. We ordered the boneless wings every time and we’re always satisfied. The manager Tim has great people skills on the phone and in person. Will definitely continue to hit up this location on our wing night.
