Arby's

My cashier, Maria, was fantastic. Service was quick and high quality. I was using this as a dropoff point for me and had lunch while waiting for my ride; ended up waiting for over 2 hours but the staff didn't mind; super nice crew. Hands down, one of the bigger Arby's I've been to in awhile; food looked like it should be in a commercial and the curly fries were actually long and curly; not a ton of overfriend half moon fries - big, long curls! Great work here to the crew!

Service was fast enough and the lady at the window was very polite. I just can't seem to forgive the hit and miss nature of their potato deluxe. It clearly must depend on who is working. I just truely miss the consistency and quality that the chain/franchisee once stood for. I hope they get back to basics.

This is a really low quality Arby's. You can expect to have to park and wait a few minutes for your food every time you go, even if there is no one else there. You may think this means your food would be fresher but you'd be wrong, it is often stale or just tastes off. It's clear management is understaffing this location, I sometimes see only one person working. That said, like the food, the service can be hit or miss too, sometimes the employees can be downright rude and have trouble taking basic orders. This may be the most mismanaged fast food restaurant I've been to, and I only ever go back for convenience. If at all possible I recommend going somewhere else until management gets it together.

Good but messed two of three orders in three days up. Not reliable. The day they got it right the last running the drive thru was on top of things. Update, gave them another try again Feb 2021. Lowered to 1 star. Ordered a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie. It's dry as a bone. I tried to break it in half and it shattered in to hundreds of pieces and fell all over the floor. Definitely been laying around for quite a while. I've eaten croutons softer than this cookie.
