I was very disappointed to see an employee handling a bunch of brownies bare handed when I went into the Blue Ash location. I mentioned to the employee that he wasn’t wearing gloves and she told me that the owner says they don’t have to but they do have to wash their hands. In their defense another employee said that she would talk to the owner. I appreciate that but what good would that do if the owner doesn’t care? Wow. I am speechless. He has some great employees there as I’m a regular customer. They’re always kind and polite to customers. He needs to brush up on the rules.

I’ve been going to this location for a long time and basically grew up in blue ash. They do have good service and get what you need aside from them not accepting coupons and etc. But I wanted to write about staff, sometimes they’re nice and sometimes they’re naive or have an attitude. The staff I see most of the time I go are mostly young girls which I don’t have a problem with but yesterday I took my sister to get ice cream and she has autism so she tends to get excited over simple things and one of the girls was making faces as if she was thinking what’s wrong with her. One of the girls that helped us was very nice and didn’t do that at all. Hopefully this location can do more training and have better management on how to not do certain things like that towards customers because like I said there young and need to be taught.

Super busy spot! Located inside a shopping center, GPS on Google is not accurate, it's behind Walgreens. There was a line out the door but it moved quickly. Store could use a good cleaning. One employee came from the back with a bucket of water to clean but then started making ice cream treats... Without cleaning her hands!

I so rarely write bad reviews, but this is the second poor experience I’ve had with the quality here. Ordered a brownie batter blizzard today- no brownie batter chunks at all, and no fudge in it (ice cream still looked white). Asked about it at the counter, and they said it was made correctly. I walked out and threw it in the trash. I didn’t pay $5 for vanilla soft serve, and I could have stopped at a different DQ, which is what I’ll do from now on. Unfortunate feeling when you just want to treat yourself after a long day.
