Monroe County Pizza

Pizza is good love the BBQ chicken pizza customer service is bad they need to smile and be more friendly. Also they need to stop wearing leggings or tight pants, some are just to big, some are ok looking but I don't want to see camel toe while I am with my family. (Update) have seen less tight pants the past few times which is great. Although I believe the servers where all gone or quit. Jeff the fella you had working out there is great he greats everyone when they come in door if is is around counter, he cleans tables often and asks if we need anything. I believe he should review the servers you hire from now on.

I placed an order at 4:00 pm, by 5:30 we still have no food. I called to check on our order and we were told it will be "dispatched" in 15-20 min. My credit card has already been charged including a tip. So my husband decides to go to the store to pick up our order. I call grubhub to get a refund of the delivery fee and tip, after 10 min of arguing they finally agree to refund those fees. Ended up having to call a 2nd time because they didn't refund the delivery fee. The food was good but not worth waiting almost 2 hours. The only thing the store did for us was a free 2 liter and only after my husband asked what are you going to do to make this right. We won't be going back!

Awful. Only good if you go for pizza bar BEFORE 2 or 2:30. For one pizza two orders wings and 2 salad bars 45$! salad bar is sparingly limited, pizza was not good and I personally thought wings were nasty. Took all that was left and gave it away to 2 different people. Niether liked it, so wasn't just us. :( could have had outback for that price! Lmao

Visited MCP this past weekend 09/22/18. First time being there in several months. Guess there is new management/owners... I went in to eat the Buffet because I’m fat and I like buffets. They increased the price. I was expecting different types of choices, better ingredients. Nope! Nothing. Changed! No I’m sorry I apologize. They now give you packets of dressings for your salad. The lettuce seems like they took a head off lettuce and chopped it up. First time I EVER had to use a butter knife to cut my salad up to have bite size. Then, I go to get a Butter knife and fork. Go back to my table and they are dirty, sticky and gross. I go back up to replace the dirty silverware with clean silverware. I went through 6 forks until I found a clean one. (I was being watched by another customer that was sitting close to the buffet, she was laughing). Pretty sad that you can’t get clean utensils to use to eat food and have to clean them yourself. Reason I gave a 2 star instead of 1 is because customer service was ok. Instead of coming to my table and asking if I wanted a refill the employee stood behind the desk as I was standing at the buffet getting food. Second thought, I will change to 1 star because the conversation they have about customers and complaining about it in ear shoot is rude. Way to make the customers feel welcomed. They definitely need to train employees better. Never will I go back until I read a 4-5 star review or the Health Dept shows they have done a recent inspection.

There salad bar is not fresh. They serve cold pizza. And when I told the owner he banned me instead of fixing the problem. Restaurant used to be good with the former owners by the waybeware of spending good hard money there by the way they've raised prices over 10 percent part 2: why you said was a total lie. 1st of all that was only the 2nd time I've been in your place since you took over. 1st time I bragged on you. But was when you first took over. This time the salad bar was aweful and pizza was cold.. I didn't say anything to server I waited and called u on phone. People these ownersolie and bann people so they don't fix things like service and quality.. board of health needs contacted

We just moved here from Ohio and was looking for a new pizza place as our son loves pizza. I was told about Monroe County Pizza so I thought we would try it. We loved it! The people there were so friendly and patient with us as a 3 year old can be sometimes a handfull! Our waitress made our son laugh and would include him in the conversation, not many people do that! The pizza was delicious, and it had just the right amount of cheese on it. It came out nice and hot and tasted just as good the next day. My favorite though has to be the bread sticks, they are the best I have ever had! I definetly recommend Monroe County Pizza if you are looking for a great place to enjoy some great food!!
