Food is always great and nicely cooked, the establishment is moderately clean. However when busy they seem to be a bit disorganized as well as running all over the place. The cashier :Laura; seems to get sidetracked about every 40sec due to only having one cashier in the front. While other members of the staff were sipping on drinks, and the waiting list goes for around 40 mins.

The best service I have experienced in a long time! Kristine Page is the hardest working waitress I've seen in a long time! Sandy the Manager is working just as hard to serve all the people. The food is cooked to my liking and makes for a great start of the day. Wake up America and watch these two at work? They wear my out just watching them and I'm enjoying a great breakfast. Thank you!

Normally I'm very satisfied with the carry out or curb side pick up. The food is great. But their attention to detail is lacking, I paid online for the Easter meal. 69.99. My husband picked it up. Brought it home, no dinner rolls in the bag and no cranberry relish. With a tip my total was $86. I called the number and I am still waiting for someone to pick up the phone, 35 minutes and counting ugh........ all I want is gift card or a coupon code or something geez.

My granddaughter and I went to the Bloomington Bob Evan’s around 6:30 on Monday night for dinner. There was a sign that said wait to be seated, there was a couple waiting before us, so after looking at the items being sold, they sat down and so did we. I heard the cook or someone from the kitchen telling a waitress there were people in the lobby. She walked through and looked at me, frowned and kept on walking. Another waitress was told, she grabbed her jacket and walked between the other couple and us, not saying a thing and left the building. After waiting about 25 minutes with no recognition from anyone, we got up and left.
