Slow as hell and as I was telling the girl my order, shes just listening to me and not putting order through the register. Then she goes and does something else while I'm standing there so I walked out. They will never see me again

Ordered ahead. Said my food would be ready for pick up at 6:26pm didn't get my food till after 7 funny thing was i was the only person for a good 5 minutes. Then 3 people came in with large orders and got their food before me.

Slow is an understatement. It was 10 minutes before they even took my order and over 25 minutes after that before I even got my meal.
Going inside is alot slower to get your food, than in the slow drive through. But going through the drive through means more chances of getting the wrong food. Two people came back to return the wrong food while i was waiting.
Four people got their meals even though I ordered before them. I guess because they only ordered one meal, and I ordered two!? I have to assume that's the reason, because no one explained WHY the wait was so long. Just "Sorry for the wait," after almost 40 minutes of waiting.

My large mash potatoes came with a "little extra!" Can you spot the hair!!!??? I'm going to go to the bathroom now and heave! I should have asked for some mash with that hair! Never again! Nunca! Jamas! Fuchi! No! And here I was taking a chance a little fast food! Learned my lesson quick quick! Bloomfield location! Be warned!

I ordered using to To Go app.
The dining room was locked (restaurant was supposed to be open) and I was initially told to wait in a long line.
After explaining that I placed and paid for the order in advance so I wouldn't have to wait in a lengthy drive-thru the order was brought out to me.

They seem to be out of certain chicken during the evening hours. Experienced this quite a bit. My order was not what I ordered. The side of mac n cheese was cold. I wasn't about to go all the way back to complain. Worst ever. Never going back
