Dunkin'

I went last week ordered a small iced coffee 4 pumps of caramel was charged regular price. Now this week I was charged an additional $1.00 for “extra” swirls and my coffee didn’t even have the “extra” swirls I was charged for; the coffee was still bitter. If you want to get robbed for “extra swirls” and still get your order made wrong this is definitely the place to go. I’d rate them 0 stars if I could

Horrible workers they act as if you owe them something I can today at 03:51 and waited till they open! I pulled up to the drive through at 4 and waited till 4:15 patiently the woman talking to me on the mic at the drive through was very rude and rushing me as if I didn’t wait 15min for them to get organized if your advertising you open at 4 show up at 3:30 and actually start serving at 4 with a smile or go find a warehouse job

Someone needs to complain to regional manager. I use to go here often but one employee there that acts like a supervisor from india cuts back on products. When I ask for less ice in a drink it's still filled with ice and there is less liquid instead of filling it to the top with the drink. Her relative does not care and when he made my food I happen to check and find missing ingredients. This restaurant is Indian owned and so is the other one in town near Elizabeth. The prices are hiked compared to other DD and there is tricks in cutting back in products and having customers pay full price.

This place is literally the worst operating dunkin donuts. They will randomly lock the doors without notice, even while allowing walk in on the go orders to be placed. They can never manage to keep popular menu items in stock, maybe order more rather than telling customers they need to be in by 9:30 to get what they want, then still not having it almost every other day. About half of the staff will charge you for cream cheese, while almost every other dunkin I have gone to, and the other half of their staff does not. This dunkin needs a SERIOUS review in management as almost every day there is a lobby filled with angry customers being ignored for 20 minutes, while the workers continue to only worry about drive through orders and will cash 10 people out before asking what you’re waiting for. Employee training and customer service not existent. Avoid this place like the plague until someone with competence is running it. PS if anyone is actually reading this, please get it together. And for the love of god, order about double the bagel twists clearly they’re popular if theyre gone by 9am every day

I ordered a large hot tea this morning and was shocked when they told me $3.89? I said you must have made a mistake it was $3.00 bucks yesterday. No that's the new price. I have to say your large tea was already overpriced at three bucks so going up to almost four bucks for a lousy cup of tea... Forget it iam going to make my own!
