Every time I order and iced cappuccino, it’s made wrong. It’s supposed to be blended. Not just the ingredients thrown into a cup and handed to me. Please train staff on how to properly make drinks. I don’t always have time to wait around for it to be remade.

A lot of attitude from the staff here. I was standing next in line, I walked up to order and the cashier moved to the next register and called on the next person. When I let them know I was actually next, she got an attitude and proceeded with the other lady. This isn’t the first time. I asked to use the bathroom once and they said no, when leaving I heard the guy say “Im not letting that b*** use our bathroom” i work over at staples so I dont know if its an unknown beef with them and thats why they treat me like that or what.. each time flabbergasted because I come in friendly and kind and I get met with that. I also watched girl with braids, making a sandwhich, she rubbed through her hair to make a ponytail then continued to make someone sandwich…so do what you will with that information.

Terrible experience.... Disgusting....
I paid for my order and I was waiting for a latte, five people got their order before me when I asked what's happening with my order, they give me attitude.. always long line and too much waiting... I got out of the store and left the coffee there

Is the worst thing I have ever had, got a sandwich with bacon, sausage and cheese and the cheese was so burnt that it was rock hard and black. My coolata is just some kind of mess, please never eat here.
