Panera Bread

I usually have no issues here but this order on 5/17/22 was completely messed up. Every single item in the order was wrong in some way. Went back to the restaraunt twice because we didnt notice all the issues right away. Unfortunately we didnt notice the 4th issue until returning home from the restaraunt for the 2nd time. Issue 1 - Napa Almond Chicken sandwich was forgotten Issue 2 - we recieved wild rice soup instead of brocolli cheddar, and recieved regular mac and cheese instead of brocolli cheddar mac and cheese. Issue 3 - we recieved a regualer chicken sandwich instead of spicy Issue 4 - after all the above issues we got home and finally noticed they also forgot to include our Tomato basil cucumber salad. a 2.15 add on. Normally I would not complain this much but that's every single item messed up in some way or not included at all.

I love going to this Panera! I went for dinner yesterday and the young lady named Hannah, at the counter where I picked up my food, was so nice and helpful answering my questions. She and the others made sure my food came out accurately and fast even though they were quite busy. Such great service and will be coming again!

Ordered via the app which was great. App said I would be alerted when my food was ready. That didn't happen. My food was on the counter for over 10 mins. I asked for another sandwich as it was a hot one. When they brought it over it was barely luke warm. I think they simply waited with the original one and reserved it. Food did taste good and I look forward to trying it again...maybe at a different Panera though.

Horrible customer service. Atmosphere felt very negative. The lady that took my order was rude when taking my order. I would ask her a question on a sandwich and she said “well you didn’t order that”. The lady kept looking at me and my husband and it felt she was racist towards us. I do not recommend this Panera bread location and I will definitely not be going back!

I was disappointed with the "full" greek salad. The greens were not green. I'm not certain the portion was a full or if they mistakenly gave me a half salad. There wasn't much for toppings; a couple of peppers a sliced up tomato and a few pieces of onion. If I had to guess the main reasoning behind calling this a greek salad must come from all the dressing they provided. There are better salads out there for the same price. The food looked like nobody paid much scrutiny to preparation.
