Mcdonald's

I come here all the time but this time they really messed up. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon but they only give me a regular quarter pounder. I went back to get it fixed but when I did, they took my receipt and my burger/fries and replaced my burger with something that isn't even a quarter pounder. It was just a burger with 2 thin slice of patty. I felt like I just got robbed. Can I just get my money back?

Went to this mcdonalds at 10:30pm when the hours posted on drive thru show open until 11pm but they were long gone at 10:30pm. Not one person or car and it looked closed for sometime so guessing they locked up before 10pm since everyone was gone. It usually take time after closing to clean up. Sad they closed without updating the hours sign on window or website.

Avoid this location at all costs. Especially if you are a door dasher they will not allow you to come inside and pick up orders that are already prepared.. I was forced to wait for 15 minutes in a 10 car drive-through line to pick up an order that was already prepared. do not waste your time or money at this location, they also have terrible customer service.

Overheard a manager with the name tag "tom" telling off a teenage employee by saying "is my pay grade higher than yours?" Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Tom, if you see this id like you to know that I hope you're satisifed with the "high pay grade" you've impressively received from managing a mcdonalds in your mid 30s, however, telling off an employee who appeared 16 at most on the basis of pay grade comes off completely pathetic and disgusting, which funnily enough is an appropriate way to describe your physique as well. good luck, and I hope you have the pleasure and financial freedom of managing a mcdonalds for the rest of your life. HR please discipline this clown
