Lewrap

Second time disappointed by their food. First it was the Chips not crunchy when extra crunchy were requested. Have them another chance today and ordered a beef plate which was inedible . The beef was not fresh and tasted re heated .. couldn’t finish it when I let them no they were not apologetic at all. Won’t be going there again

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 2 nachos and the chips was stale AF. The cheese was partially melted too as you can see in the photos. Tomato was off clearly and no carrot or onion as they use to put this. $14 each - I could cook better than this for less. Not coming to Blacktown Le Wrap anymore even if it is free food. Avoid. I asked to speak to the manager, and apparently there is no manager. They also have a 10 year old kid taking orders. Child labour?

I love Le Wrap, they always make their food fresh in front of you and in a timely matter. I have been a regular with them for months now. However I ordered it through Menulog for the first time, their food was almost $10 extra through the app compared to in store. Now I didn't mind the extra cost, cause the food is good. It did however arrive to me with soggy bread and cold chips. It had obviously been sitting there for a while before the driver had picked it up. Definitely a place you want to buy from fresh in store.

Since I'm a pure vegetarian I was confused on what to choose from the veggie option..the customer service representative was very kind enough to ask my nationality and then explained me everything in Hindi (not that I don't know English but one understands better in mother tongue). The order was served within 3 minutes and ummmmmm.... Delicious!
