The Dunes

I've not long lived in Blackpool. Not knowing many people at all, went searching for my local pub.... there it was the Dunes! From the first time I stepped into this pub I knew it was a home away from home. The staff treat you like family, the locals turn into friends and it's dog friendly! It's the best pub in Blackpool by far. The food is fabulous, there is a great selection of beer and gin, and the community activities they do to raise money for charities is amazing. So massive thanks to Hannah and her team for just being amazing and making my first pub encounter in Blackpool too good that I never leave there ❤️

Me & my fiance had a spontaneous date night and decided on trying The Dunes for some food and drink. We were very happy with the service and atmosphere was great throughout our visit. Highly recommend the small plates deal; we did the 5 plates for £19.50 which meant we could share them between us and it was such good value for money! The mango & lime chicken tacos being a firm favourite of ours. We will be returning here again as we felt very welcome and enjoyed our experience, thanks again!

I visited here last week for tea with my little girl; it was a clean pub with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant staff! I had a burger which came with fries but I opted for a jacket potato instead which was no bother at all to do. For my little girl I chose to do the meal deal which came with a main, pudding & a drink, with so many different options she was spoilt with choice! The highlight of my visit was one of the bar staff coming over and asking my little girl if she wanted a colouring sheet and crayons to do whilst waiting for our food to arrive. Would come here again, lovely place! I noticed they do a quiz one night of the week which I mentioned to the school mums to try one week!

The Dunes has been our local now for around 5 years; we tend to come in on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon for a couple of pints. We occasionally visit on a Friday night or Sunday teatime for food, opting for something off the 2 meals offer. Our go to favourites are hunters chicken and fish & chips, which are highly recommended. The staff at The Dunes are great and we look forward to each of our visits!

Having recently moved to the local area we attended here for Sunday lunch as a family; such a lovely dinner, we had a mixture of beef and turkey. We were asked if everything was okay with the our meals and asked if we needed anything and constant communication throughout our visit. Warm and friendly local which we will be returning to again in the future.
