Compass Cafe Bar

We visited the Compass Cafe Bar yesterday after passing by and so glad we did. The staff were brilliant, extremely friendly, attentive and all hard working. The food was absolutely bang on and cooked to perfection! Some of the best food I've had from a cafe, I had a veggie breakfast and it was amazing. I definitely recommend calling in if you're in the area. We're over 2 hours away but we'll definitely be visiting every time we're in Blackpool.

We travelled yesterday morning from Manchester to have breakfast, based on the reviews. My fella had full English and I had the vegan. Avocado perfectly ripe, lovely proper grainy bread, toasted, tasty veggie sausage and the choice of fresh or tinned tomatoes 🍅 beans, mushrooms and hash bown. Service was efficient and with a smile. Thoroughly recommend going...and if there's a queue and you have to wait, well worth it 🙂

We came here on the back of ‘walk on the wild side’ review, we wasn’t disappointed, so we came here twice while in Blackpool. Staff very friendly and accommodating! I had pancakes bacon and maple syrup, husband had breakfast in a pan was superb! 2nd morning both had classic breakfast, amazing again. Place is clean and tidy. Will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work guys x

The BEST cafe in Blackpool town centre! Dropped one star because I wish they were open for longer. The vegan options are amazing, the portions are generous and the food is top quality and delicious. On two occasions I went in feeling pretty ropey (sick not hungover), and both times the food made me feel better. During rebellion they did a vegan breakfast burger which was the absolute business. They use decent quality condiments (i.e. no sweeteners) and they have vegan scones and cream! Excellent value for money too! I love this place.

Been multiple times over two years and I’m going to say they do the best full English I’ve ever had. Comes with mushrooms but asked for them to be removed (because who likes mushrooms). Sausages are huge and real butchers sausages, not your standard cheap, mushy sausage. Thick cut bacon. Perfect hash browns. Beans. Eggs however you like them. Choice of fresh or tinned tomatoes. Toast and fried bread. Can also get black pudding if you want it. Lots of regular locals coming in as the staff seemed to know their name and their regular orders. Massive breakfast, pot of tea and an orange juice for £14 (July 2023 price)

We saw this cafe on youtube - someone was eating their all day brekkie in a pan. Full breakfast in a frying pan - amazeballs!! Sausages & bacon were scrummy, everything cooked perfectly and well worth the money, for sure! Staff are all very friendly & chatty. If you're in Blackpool - find this place!! You will not regret it.
