Dunkin'

Came here on a Sunday morning (day light savings time). In other words, no crowds here! I order a breakfast sandwich and a chai TEA latte. Well because it happened before, I thought I should taste the chai before leaving and just as I thought, it was made with coffee. Chai TEA does not contain coffee. Mistakes are fine and they were more than willing to fix it. Next, I go to the car and take the sandwich out of the bag and it is burned to a crisp. So disappointed. Just do it right the first time. No special requests were made in this instance.

Says closes at 10pm get here 9:15pm and guys telling me they close at 9pm. Then sits down and starts messing with his phone. Bring on the robots! If the hours of ops have changed so be it. But change the hours where the public will see it. I left with the impression that business was slow, and he wanted to leave early. SAD...but, Bring On The Robots!!!

A few reasons I'm not going here again. Been my daily so for months. Not a friendly staff, not rude or anything but a smile would be nice. Over ice my drink, have to remind them daily. For 3 bucks I want more than a few drinks. The reason I'm done, watered down cold brew. The drink I fit today was tasteless and no kick.

There was a POOP in the TOILET when I WENT TO USE the BATHROOM. I had to put it in the garbage all by MYSELF. STAFF SHOULD DO THIS, NOT CUSTOMERS!!!! I am NOT sure if this is the error of the DUNKING DONUTS or the GAS station, However, so I will give them the DOUBT that the BATHROOM FAILURE is NOT on their hands. ALSO, DELICIOUS COFFEE. Four star staff! Very nice.
