They don’t do add on at the window I GUESS so I had to go back around which nobody was in line which was soooo stupid to me then my food cold but my fries was good. My daughter fries are cold though

I pulled up to the drive thru at 5pm. A young man came across the speaker and said "I'm sorry we are going through shift change". However all the employees was on the side of the building talking, including the young man with the head set on for the drive thru. If they don't want to work, hire someone who does, or just continue to lose money.

Food was good and made quickly. Employees were pleasant. They just didn't have any milkshakes or sweet tea. This is Alabama, come on now. Maby next time.

The food was good, but they were out of ketchup and didn't tell me until I asked for some for my fries. Hot fries, I like ketchup... SMH!!! Never two things that match!!

Closed EARLY!!! Did NOT get to order or eat! Staff DID, however, call out the service window that they were closed so we didn't set in place to order for any longer. No answer WHY they closed 40 minutes early....

Burgers always cool. Management unprofessional. Midfield location. Order taker didn't include water in order and manager would not let her give a cup of water. Really??
