Jack's

I bought the new Bacon Pub burger combo. Has Jack's quit salting the fries? I also bought an order of cheesy bacon pub fries and the picture is worth a thousand words, hardly any fries or cheese for the price of $3.99. I sure hope the burger is not a let down also. Just tried the burger, all I can say is don't get your hopes up.

3/4/22 This restaurant has been completely renovated since my last visit. They actually demolished the old building and constructed a new one. The interior is very nice for a fast food restaurant including a lovely fireplace, a nice surprise. The menu is varied and excellent. I had the fried chicken sandwich which I thought was top quality. I will certainly go back.

I have to say this new reopened store is not only incredible to see in it's beautiful design complete with rocking chairs on the porch and a rustic barn door out front. As soon as you walk inside you are greeted to this huge grand dining room with an enormous vaulted ceiling with skylights and windows to allow as much natural sunlight in as possible but the employees are polite, kind, and considerate. They make you feel at home and welcome. You'll want to continue coming back to Jack's, the only place where we treat your family like our family. That's just facts.

Went on Valentine's to pick up chicken for my family and MIL that was staying with us before her back surgery. Friendliest service I have received at any fast food restaurant drive-thru I have had in a while. Was so pleasantly surprised. The lady waiting on me was nothing but smiles. And the food was perfect for hungry ball players.

While me and my girlfriend absolutely love Jack's, every third order we receive from this store ends up being messed up, the guest experience is amazing, speed is usually pretty good. However, for some reason this location sends out something burnt or undercooked every once in a while. I think it's a simple fix, they just need to work on their quality control in the kitchen.

I understand being short staffed, but this location was using that as a very poor excuse. I came through on a Sunday afternoon, which is an understandably busy time, but there were at least nine people in this store, and things could have easily been running efficiently if any of them would make an effort at working with a sense of urgency. There was no strategy to their distribution of employees, and no real concern for the half hour wait time in their drive through, much less communication in said drive thru. I was prompted to order three separate times with no response each time, and ultimately sat there for a total of thirty minutes before I gave up and went inside (I too am amazed at my patience). Don’t want to be that person but I’ve worked in restaurant management and if someone would put any effort into their productivity and maybe a smidge of inspiration into their team members, they could significantly improve the customer experience and eventually pay for their pretty new building.

I love me some Jacks chicken and it DOES matter who owns it. I’d like to know who the owner is of this one. The chicken always tastes good and fresh and usually the people are super friendly. Well not today! So I drove up to the windows after ordering and while I was waiting, my daughter messaged and wanted the loaded fries… so when I got to the window finally, I asked if I could add an order of loaded fries and they told me No! Grrrr 😖 I’m like seriously!?
