Panera Bread

I have visited this store several times over the last couple months and am very pleased with the service. There is one lady who must be a manager but doesn’t have a name tag that is exceptionally nice and attentive to my families differences in taste making it easy to order. You’ll definitely enjoy speaking with her. And the food is wonderful. Even when they are very busy it is quickly made and taste delicious. I will continue to eat here often.

We like their food and we’ve going there for quite some time. Today we got sandwiches and soup and not only they forgot a bag of chips but my sandwich only had enough meat to cover half of the sandwich. I’ll think twice about going back to this location from now on. It was order # 552536554 Repost on 03/12/2022 My wife and son ordered for me and the same thing happened again. There’s hardly any meat that covers the surface of bread. I guess it’s my fault now that I keep on going back to this place. That’s true the last time I go to this place.

My husband and I just went t Panera at Doug Baker. I wasn’t feeling well and wanted some soup. There was a group of ladies ahead of us. The cashier was talking and giggling with them and they had one register open while another girl was behind the counter in her phone. We didn’t see anyone but kids behind the counter. My husband said can we move this along. I just wanted soup. How unprofessional these kids were. I have a 10 year old and a 22 year old and they work at their jobs. I won’t be visiting This store again.

employees are extremely rude and impatient. lettuce in the salad tasted old. the bread taste like it had been sitting out it was tough and chewy and just not good. over half the tables and seats were dirty. the tomatoes in the salad were horrible. my sister basically had to play tug of war with her sandwich just to bite it because it was so tuff. the lemonade was good tho.
