Great friendly staff, reat service, coffee is best in birkenhead, cakes are delicious, seats are comfy, it's dog friendly, they do a delivery service via just eat or deliveroo. Would definitely recommend

Always an absolute pleasure visiting this Nero branch, the staff are always fantastic. Kyle, Ben, Levi and the others always make me feel welcome and the atmosphere here is brilliant. Never had a bad experience here. I have always and will continue to always visit this store on my route to work, even if there is a Costa Coffee and other coffee shops on my way to work, I will continue to use Nero at Birkenhead.
