Didn't have chicken ready, told me to move forward and keep me waiting for 30+ min. And completely forgot about my order

Terrible service!!! Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru to order and no one even ended up taking my order. I called inside and no answer. Thanks for wasting my lunch break!!! So much for fast food.
