Panera Bread

Was there last Saturday for a quick lunch with my wife. I go to Panera quite a bit during the week. One of my biggest disappointments I had ever had experienced. The tables were not cleaned, and all the chairs were askew. I had to clean one so we could sit down. We had to wait for the ice dispenser to be filled and there was a line waiting for that. The floors looked like a sticky mess with spilled drinks and food... disgusting!

Very good food, soups, sandwiches, and of course the Mac and cheese are all great. Prices are a bit high for fast food but it does make up for it with food quality and health. Tables are often not cleaned but nothing a quick napkin wipe can't fix. Food comes very fast, usually 2-5 minutes, depending on how many people order before you. I recently got into healthier foods and going to the gym (Tuna pic is most recent) so I hit this place after my gym session at Blink which is right next door, there is plenty of healthy and high protein options on the menu.

Disappointed in this location, normally never have issues with my simple orders with no alterations, but this place is a wild card with how your experience will go. The entire order was wrong, cold, or absent..including missing the only condiment on a sandwich? Love the food, but definitely will avoid this Beverly store.

absolutely disgusted with the service at this location. if i could give it a 0 i would. walked in and waited about 10 minutes before the cashier took our order. it would’ve been more acceptable if we were told “i’ll be right with you”. we were looked at several times by several workers and were completely ignored. very unhappy with our experience here tonight overall.

If I could give a negative star I would because this one star rating is too high for this store. If you are at all concerned about food allergies or sensitivities this is not the place to eat. I ordered a salad, gluten free, never was asked if I wanted a drink and the cashier rang me up quickly, so much for me adding the drink. The salad had croutons and bread in the bag. When I mentioned "Gluten Free" they said it was gluten free. The person making the food obviously had no idea what she is doing. I did ask for my money back, this is not a place that demonstrated they can be trusted with anyone health and I no longer have faith that I will get a clean salad. I told the cashier refunding my transaction that I would like to speak to the manager and she acknowledged my request and walked off in the other direction away from the manager. I flagged down the manager, he listened and apologized and that was it. No effort or offer on his part to try to appease a dissatisfied customer with a coupon on anything. I understand restaurants are struggling due to the Covid but if staff is not at all concerned with food allergies they should not be working in the business. This is also bad management.
