Stopped by through their drive-thru to grab an ice coffee. I ordered a medium ice coffee french vanilla cream and sugar. It was made perfectly the way I like. Made my mid afternoon that much better.

Super long line but the staff at Duncan worked so well together and all seemed polite and friendly. The line moved at lightning speed. Very impressed! Coffee and food were great.

With only two baristas on clock 6 this morning, the service was the fastest I've experienced compared to a location with a full staff! Was clean, organized. Freshly served since it was opening for the day. Polite and accommodating, sweet cashier's wearing gloves and masks of course. Too bad it's an hour away from home or it'd be my new morning stop!

Prepare to get your order wrong because they do not care. I order an iced coffee with cream and sugar. Got an ice coffee mixed with sweet tea. Its gross. I want my money back

I go to Dunkin’ for a cold brew everyday- this location makes it from concentrate instead of fresh, but so far have refused to keep it in the fridge- trying to make an iced cold brew with room temp water has proved to be pretty gross bc the ice immediately waters it down :(

Several customers who ordered hot food after me received their orders. When I asked about my order I was rudely told to check with cashier who took the order, which I did. My order finally came out, by which time my coffee was lukewarm. No apologies, no empathy! Unpleasant experience!

They never get order right all sandwiches are cold they truly are the worst in customer service but only dunkin in town worth driving to ocean city are Rehobeth

We were so pleased that the Dunkin Donuts in Bethany was open on Thanksgiving Day! The server made us feel special, found a fresh lemon for my ice tea, and I loved it! A little bit goes a long way.
