Ordered from here for the first time over the weekend. Based on the reviews I already knew the food was going to be good. However I was pleasantly surprised to also get my bumper fixed too. When the gentleman first came out to let me know my order would be ready soon he also noticed that my bumper was loose on the left side. I've tried to push it back in a few times but it always popped back out. He had a big knee brace on but still got on the ground to take a look. He said he had some clips/tabs for it and sure enough he came back out with them and knew exactly where to put them. He was one of the friendliest guys I've ever met. Glad to be able to support people like that. If I lived in the area I would definitely order from here often.

In 35 years of traveling to Bethany Beach, I’ve never had Chinese Food until last night! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The customer service, outstanding, and the red boxes of rice and the large crispy noodles, the cherry on top! China Express, thank you for cheerfully walking our food out to the car and for providing the best carry out experience, I look forward to my next Bethany visit and will be enjoying your food again, soon!

If I could give a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. Made an order over the phone, then we show up and they say they have no such order but I showed her the number and call but did nothing to fix the situation and then didn’t even offer to make it even after the fact. Made us wait 10 plus minutes to do nothing to help, if you don’t want money CLOSE THE HELL DOWN. I never write reviews but this was one worth doing.
