My biggest problem is that both terminals to use your debit card have been broken for several months. They will only work one out of every four tries. Even with COVID-19, this is unacceptable in a "convenience store". Not to mention the fact that the store is constantly out of popular items like super big gulp cups, Pepsi, newspapers, etc. I was even told by the owner he wishes he could just throw the entire newspaper stand away. I've been coming to this store for 32 years and this is by far the poorest it has been run. It truly is sad.

Had an incident where I was told I couldn't be refunded despite the receipt saying so. I called customer service who told me I could be refunded and came back the next day. I then get told by the manager he couldn't refund me because he didn't have the money in his drawer for it and to wait until Monday. I called Monday and was then told I couldn't be refunded because they MIGHT take a loss on it. Nowhere did either managers take any consideration of my situation rather blamed store policies and made excuses. Only thinking of themselves the entire time. Completely unacceptable to run a store like this when the customer is ignored for their situation. I wish there were Sheetz in Maryland.
